I walked about 2 miles @ Community Park this morning....would have done more but was unprepared for the cold wind.....my ears! Then headed to the gym for 30 min. on recumbent @ resistent of 6-7. Then did 3 sets of 12 reps leg press and calf flexes and 2 sets of 12 leg extensions. I am getting ready to do my upper body hand weights now. My weight loss goal by the end of April is to lose 5-7 lbs.
