Started off the day with some weight training. 3 sets of 10 of: bicep curls, tricep extensions, overhead press, bench press and sit ups on the stability ball. Will hit the gym after work when I pick up Jor from gymnastics.
Tonight I shot some hoops with Jordie and then took a short walk around the park.

Does Doug have to be the sweetest!! You are doing a wonderful job Ben. Even though you havent seen results on the scale you look like you have lost in the past two weeks. You must be building more muscle!! which is wonderful! Keep going Little Buddy! hehehe you can dooood it!! I love ya! Robin

You can do it! You will start losing again. All it takes is to continue doing all the things you have been doing. You are looking good, so keep that chin up.... I love you very much and am so proud that you are on the right track to good health and well being. Look out mountains here you come.
