Recumbent bike on 6-8 resistence for 25 minutes, then 28 minutes on treadmill, did two 5min intervals ,on max incline of 15, walking 2.1 mph. Heart rate in good range for fitness.

It's like putting money in the bank that you will use in the future for a vacation.. the more you save the more you can do
