Went to get feet retaped today. Took the day off. My orthodics might be in next week!! Left heel still feel like a bee sting......but has it's good moments. Friday I am going to try to start walking a half a mile a day and keep up the bike of coarse. Too bad I can't get another cortizone injection before we head out West. I won't be due until October. :(
