I am wanting to be done with my weight loss. Patience is definitely a virtue! I just keep on trudging along. I need to do what I said I was going to a week ago........plan out my menu and meals. It truly helps keep you objective. Also I continue to say I need to exercise but have yet to do any on my own. Sure things have been a little busy since I worked out Saturday with Carie, but that is just an excuse.

There should be several with WW plans. You can look at past weeks and maybe find a blogger that you like and has a detailed list of meals and snacks.
