Late to gym than desired. 15 minutes on bike and 15 minutes on treadmill @ 2.7 mph.
Tuesday March 7, 2006
I walked for 30 minutes during lunchbreak at work.
Wednesday March 8, 2006
I did a 30 min. forest interval bike ride on the recumbant and 20 min. walk @ 2.8 mph.

Good Idea Belinda, this will be a good tool for you and also helps with motivation.. it's harder to cheat yourself when you keep track.
