Feel real good today! I have finally broken the barrier with my weight loss plateau...I lost 3 lbs!
I bought a size smaller blouse for Easter. That is 2.5 sizes down from the beginning.
Today I walked 20 min at work, 30 min. recumbent bike rockies trail program, 10 min elliptical machine, 20 min treadmill on forest walk program and did upper and lower body weights!!!
Dad and I are going to hike early Saturday morning at Charlestown Park and I need to kick it up a notch.
