I ran/walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes and did 7 minutes on the treadmill. I also did upper and lower body resistance training. I'm pooped!!

Hey Bena... sounds like good progress.. I can tell you are reshaping and losing as well.... we only have 4 1/2 months left.. a lot of work to do.. I want you not only to make it to Garnet Canyon dut also go all the way to the head of it.. right up to that stripe you see in the Middle Teton Photos.. if you are feeling really spiffy we might even try to make the saddle between the Middle and the Grand Teton.... keep turning up the wick... we'll hike this week at Charlestown SP... so much to do... so little time....
