Well, I'm not sure what's going on with my body. Last Monday I was down 1 lb, then I reweighed on Wednesday and was down another 3 lbs for a total of 4 lbs.
Today I weigh and I am up 5 lbs!!! I am sick of getting on the scales. All I can think is excess water volume due to pending menses....who knows. Oh well, folks, back to the drawing board.
I really would like to shed another 30 lbs before September.
I'll report my workout for today this evening.

Remember water weighs 8 lbs a gallon.... you keep up the work.. to heck with those scales.. I did my bike work out last night.. I weighed before and after a 37 min reasonably hard work out.. before 177 after 175.. I didn't really visibly sweat that much either..??? just keep being senseable about nutrition.. you'll get there.. you know you've made a lot of progress.. clothes fit..?? ability to walk 5 miles on tough terrain..??.. you're doing great.. DREAM....PLAN...EXECUTE
