Today I walked 2 miles at Community Park @ about 20 min miles. Down 3 more pounds on the scales this morning!! Now that's what I'm talkin' about.

Very good Bena.. way to go.. way to keep it steady.. don't forget strength in those thighs will need that for that trudge up..stair stepper is great for that.. keep at it sugar pie.. I want to buy you a pair of hiking boots .. those that end just above the ankle.. whay don't you go to Dicks or where ever and pick them out and let me know the type and size
