Rode the bike today....having some arthritic pain tonight in my R knee and right lower leg....iced them down when I was icing my Left heel.

Ben! How are you "Precious?" HAHAHAHA :) JUst wanted to send you another encouraging message! You are looking too good! When you hugged me at Moms Tuesday morning when you dropped Jor off, your waist felt so much smaller! It was nice and smooth, and shrinking right before my very eyes! You are getting soooo healthy, the right way, and you will probably end up adding some years to your life by doing all this! NExt Summer you will be sooo done, and be soo ready for a cute Mommy swim suit! NOT TO mention shorts, and tank tops! All that comfy stuff that you miss out on when you have some body to hide...ya hur me? HAHAHAHA!! I love you so much. And by the way, thank you so much for showing me what it is to be a christian woman Ben. You remind me of the song... "Let Others see Jesus in You" I want to be that way too! I love you!
