Very bad day today. At my foot appointment my L heel was so sore and the doctor just barely push on my heel and the pain was extreme. He gave me another cortisone shot and ordered me to start physical therapy 3x week for 4 weeks. No more walking for exercise. I feel so overwhelmed with my trip just dangling 3 1/2 weeks away.
