Had a crazy winter storm last night. Lot's of ice and snow. It is quite beautiful but not very appealing as far as going out.

I finished my night last night with a nice sandwich and potato wedges from the oven. I did not end up exercising due to the inclement weather. J's practices were all cancelled. Our power went out around 8:00pm for about 2 hours. We ended up hitting the hay early and reading by flashlight.

For breakfast I had a nice bowel of Honeycomb cereal. 1 1/2 cups of the smaller Honeycomb are just 120 cal. 1 cup of skim milk and 1 slice 35 cal bread toasted with 1 tsp of peanut butter. I always have to throw that protein in there or I will be famished by 10:00 am.

I think I want tomato soup for lunch and beans and rice for dinner.

I will report back on exercise today.

Good for you Bena.. get ready and we'll go back to Teton's.. I want to get back out and I think my knee will hold up.. slowly woking up intensity of bike..so far so good... maybe you would be a candidate for the Grand???... gotta be mostly lean (but not totally).. and very fit... I would love to do it when I turn 60... you could be my partner this time..maybe rst of family could go.. Jim and Jesse know hikes and shorter hops etc... they could meet us when we come down... : )... anyway.. gotta have a carrott for those tough times... DO NOT OVER TRAIN YOUR FOOT TILL IT'S READY!!!.. OK?.. Love You, DAD
