I need some more foods that I can take with me on the go. Also reduced calorie bread, butter, etc. would come in handy.
I had fasted until 11:30 for some lab work and devoured my PBJ in the car but then passed on lunch because everyone was having pizza. By the time I got home at 1:45 I was way too hungry and not too many quicker options in the house. On a better note though the low carb tortillas, even though 110 calories a piece, have 11 g of fiber each!
I will just drink and probably not eat anything else today except for some watermelon tonight.
