Well, as I continue to watch my portions and how much I eat throughout the day, I stepped on the scale this morning and weighed 194.5. I have not been counting calories, since I have been doing this for several months, but I do look at labels and serving sizes, etc. for foods that I don't normally eat.
The last 3 weeks have been full of activity and traveling, so my exercise has not been as consistent as it was at the end of May. My goal is to kicked back into gear next week. Also, I have 2 weeks until 4th of July weekend. I would love to weigh 190 by then.
