
Okey, Dokey. Today I still weigh 190lbs, but I do not feel discouraged because I can still see my body changing. More muscle definition and curvature!! Muscle does weigh more than fat.....and burns more calories at rest.
Me and Jordan officially started a 6 week fitness program July 18th. Cardio with core, lower body and upper body strengthening and stretching. I have been experimenting with run/walk and actually ran my first mile Saturday. To avoid injury to my defective ankle joints, I will be mixing my cardio up - run/walk, stairs, bike and rowing machine.
My goal by Sunday of this week is to have dipped down into the 180's.
