Well another week has rolled around and I am only down 2.5 lbs. I worked out 4 days during the week for 1 hr each and kept my calories to 1200-1500 a day!! What's the deal? I know I have lost some more inches, I just thought I would see more on the scale. Maybe next week.
Today I want to take Toby for a long walk outside.......he and I both could use some fresh air.
Tomorrow we leave for the mountains and I plan on working out for a little bit everyday. Some good hikes in the park will be nice too.
