Today I climbed many stairs at work but no walking. :(

I walked on the treadmill this morning for 30 minutes and then did some resistant exercises with my new exercise ball.

Well, I have lost 33.5 lbs. Down 4 lbs from last week. I would still like to lose that much before June! Sometimes I feel like it might not be realistic. Oh well, I'll hang in.
Tonight I walked 40 minutes on the treadmill. I wanted to do longer but my L knee has really been throbbing and aching today. ?weather? Who knows...just popping the IB and getting ready to place an ice pack on it. I think I am going to try to add some weights or resistant training starting this week. Try to up my metabolism and burn more calories.

Remember Belinda.. you're making muscle too... you've lost more fat than 33.5 as your muscle mass increases.. metabolism will increase upping the calorie burning engine.. weight will come off.. keep it up baby..
