I had this totally delightful salad at my Granny's yesterday. It is 2 cans rinsed great northern beans, 2 cans tuna in water, drained, 3 tbs. of capers, divided cherry tomatoes, 1 small white onion sliced. Top with vinaigrette dressing, probably 1/4 cup. It was so good!! Packed with protein and low fat. Yum! It may not sound appetizing but the flavors are incredible together.
