Feeling great this week! I ran again yesterday and actually had to stop myself at 1.25 mi because I just don't want to injure anything. My body felt great.....I felt like I could have run at least 2 mi., but since my goal is overall fitness and weight loss and not the Olymics, I'll advance slow but sure. I really feel like everything in my body is working together again!!
Great day in the gym again today! Bike, hamstrings, adductors and abductors.
I have made a committment to do more push-ups, ab work and walking lunges. Did push-ups and abs yesterday and will do some legs on Thursday.
