Having a very good week! I will probably weigh Saturday morning and let you know how I did this week, before we leave for vacation.

I have been cutting out white bread, potatoes and sugar this week. I figured since I had been lax, it would be good to try to get it out of my system. Anyway, I know high carb foods trigger false hunger and overeating in me.
