Guess what?!?!?! I weighed one day early and I have lost 5 more lbs.!! Whoo Hoo! Obviously the low carbs are doing well for me.

Lots of veggies, fruit, protein and lowfat dairy. I have even been eating breaded pieces of chicken or fish just no bun or bread. Now that hasn't been the main source of protein. I try to stay with lean grilled, baked, etc. protein. I am just saying that by cutting out the bread, potatoes, rice and sugar base, has really done well for me. I eat regular ranch dressing with my salads and that really makes my salads much more enjoyable.
