What a fantastic vacation!! I'm back! I feel I have done really well with my food choices and look forward to weighing in Saturday morning.

I did lots of walking on the beach and around town at the beach shops. My L foot is paying for it though. I am going to make an appointment with the foot Dr. today.

Well, I will post my results tomorrow. Tomorrow is me and Jim's 11th wedding anniversary.
