WOW!! I have lost 8 lbs. since cutting the carbs. Whoo-Hoo! I feel very rejuvenated. I plan on getting below 200# by August. Lots of veggies, lowfat dairy and protein. Also have been eating some fruit, just not too much.
I am in the process of starting rehab for both feet. I still want to start doing upper body workouts to help.
