7 lbs. down since my last post, but it has been brutal! I have been working out at least 4 times a week and one of those times with a trainer. I keep hoping everything will start to kick in and the weight will start peeling off versus trickling off.
I am still attending WW, but I have been using MyPlate.com to track my calorie input and activity daily to try to see any thing that might be hampering my weight loss.
