Taking things up a notch tomorrow. My aspirations for the next 2 weeks are to work out in the mornings before we start our day of school, weight training 5 days a week (of some nature) using heaviest weight possible, cardio interval training between the arc trainer, eliptical, treadmill and bike. My goal is to try to jump start my metabolism. I have been training so hard and following all my food to the T with no results on the scale really. I will take all my measurements and record here.
I will follow a 1500 cal/day diet, low in sugar, low in saturated fat yet high in fiber, complex carbohydrates, monounsaturated fats and lean protein.
I also want to gear my thinking, prayer and meditation concerning this task toward getting fit to embrace life and what's ahead instead of thinking about a number on the scale I need to see before my surgery.
