Didn't get out of work until 5:00pm, but got to SIGS and rode the bike for almost 45 minutes. Increased the resistance and got a really good workout!

Rode the bike for 35 minutes. My goal is to hit the bike hard for the next week and start some short walks this next weekend. We'll see. I would still like to drop another 10lbs.

I am working today and hosting a surprise party tonight so I am taking today as a rest day. I am really enjoying Dad's bike, I am having some good workouts!

Rode the bike tonight for 35 minutes. Cut the grass today and cleaned carpets. My tape on my feet was coming off so I took it off the evening and I can really feel a difference with it off.

Left heel still alittle painful but the taping, ice and stretches must be helping. Rode bike 35 minutes. Did a lot of cleaning around the house.

Hello everyone! Remember me?? Well, I am back after another 8 days......I haven't been off exercise that long but close.

I went to the podiatrist last Thursday and found out I have an inch long heel spur in my left foot and am suffering from plantar fascitis in both feet. So I received a cortisone shot in both heels and have been taping my feet, applying ice as often as I can and doing some stretching exercises. Yesterday, I was fitted for some orthodics for my shoes.

My pain level has been cut in half and I traded out the stair- stepper for my Dad's stationary bike. I rode for 35 minutes last night and it felt fantastic!!!! Oh yeah, the MD said I needed to keep away from walking exercise for 2 weeks, thus the stationary bike.

I have lost another 3 lbs. and I'm not giving up on my goal by no means....just another little set back!!

Bike for 15 min., eliptical for 10 min and treadmill for 15 min. Got to the gym a little late.
Weighed this morning...still weigh the same. Need to hunker back down and lose another 15 lbs.

Walked in the neighborhood @ 2 miles tonight. Also did a little water exercises in the pool at Nana's today.

Hiked the Knobstone Trail today for a rigorous 6+ miles. Took 3.5 hrs. I was pretty spent at the end.
Went to Mom's and I did a little swimming. Happy 4th!

Cardio Club today for 10 minutes on bike doing forest ride, 30 minutes on treadmill on forest trail hike. Drank mucho water today in preparation for tomorrow's hike.
