I'm feeling kinda down in the dumps. Since school has been out, my schedule has been thrown completely off. I have to be strong and change things up a little. I was loving exercising in the morning on my days off but that doesn't happen now because Jordie is at home. I just have to huncker down and get it in no matter what. I'll post later what exercise I get in today.

Did stairs at home for 20 minutes. Need to get refocused....still trying to get back into routine after VBS and stuff at church.

After a week of VBS and now starting of PMS......I was still down 2 more lbs. this morning.
I will be going to the Cardio Club after work to workout until Jordie is done with gymnastics.
20 minutes on the recumbant with moderate resistance and 15 minutes on the treadmill with incline. Got off work late so didn't have that much time.

Ok, Ok....I know.....it has been 8 days since I posted. I have gotten exercise but not a lot of regimented, official exercise time. We have been in a whirlwind called VBS and I have gotten lax about scheduled exercise. I have continued to lose weight.....I'll give you official numbers Sunday or Monday. We have also had a family emergency that has drained alot of our existing energy from VBS.
I do solemnly promise that I will be kicking it again soon. I will shoot for stair work today...20-30 minutes.

Walked a little over a mile this morning with Toby on the leash, before work. Want to do stairs this evening.
Had terrible headache all day but did manage to walk about 2 miles in neighborhood tonight at a brisk pace. Oh, by the way....I lost 7 lbs. last week.....is that even possible!?

Tuesday and Wednesday I did not formally exercise.....I have been trying to stave off some type of cold. I have been doing Zicam and cold relief products and I am feeling better. Will exercise today and will post again later today.

Cardio Club today.....25 minutes on bike.......32 minutes on treadmill, with varying inclines........finished with some weights and stretching.

Hiked in Charlestown Park with Papa, Jordie and Carie today. 2.1 miles I think. The last long incline was great practice. I'll be heading up there again!
