Well, we are coming right along......always a few delays or set backs, but isn't that just LIFE?!?!? I have lost 15.2 since starting WW's. That is an avg. of 1.9 lbs a week. If I continue at this rate I should be somewhere between 175 and 165 for my surgery.
I have been running on empty as of late (last few months) and have not really been exercising or even doing my clogging class. I finally went to the MD and they ran some tests. It ended up that I am vitamin B12 deficient, which can cause extreme fatigue. I am now receiving replacement therapy in the form of shots and I hope to be back, working up a sweat and melting that extra fat, in no time!!
