Okey, Dokey. Today I still weigh 190lbs, but I do not feel discouraged because I can still see my body changing. More muscle definition and curvature!! Muscle does weigh more than fat.....and burns more calories at rest.

Me and Jordan officially started a 6 week fitness program July 18th. Cardio with core, lower body and upper body strengthening and stretching. I have been experimenting with run/walk and actually ran my first mile Saturday. To avoid injury to my defective ankle joints, I will be mixing my cardio up - run/walk, stairs, bike and rowing machine.

My goal by Sunday of this week is to have dipped down into the 180's.

190

Well, I made my goal for 4th of July weekend!! 190 this morning.

That is 75 lbs. down from my all time heaviest weight in Dec. 2006. That is 20 lbs. lighter than what I was when I went and hiked to Garnet Canyon, Grand Tetons in September 2006.

Now to make a new goal..........
