Another week..............another 2 lbs.!!!!!!! Veggies, salads, fruits, low carb tortillas, Splenda desserts, lean cuts of meat, low carb yogurt, fudge pops!!!! I can't complain. I want to walk for 20 minutes a day starting this week. Hopefully my feet will allow.

Down 3 more lbs. Yipppeeee! Having no eating issues. With the hot Summer upon us and my family wanting ice cream my alternative is the no sugar fudge bars. Dreamy!! DQ makes one, Popsicle brand makes one as well as others. Just make sure to read the labels.
I had set my first goal for August and I believe I will make it!

Still going strong!! I can really feel my body changing. I am hoping for 2-3 lbs on the scale, down, on Saturday!!

I weighed Saturday morning and I weighed the same as last week. I am not disappointed though because I have been holding a little water and I can also feel that my body has changed a little more. I am sticking to my guns and we shall see what the scales hold in store for next week!!
