It has been a wonderful week so far. I am so sore, though!! Feels like I used to back when I was a basketball player in high school during summer conditioning. The DVD I have been using is called Biggest Loser Boot Camp. It is circuit training with cardio. Even my very fit daughter was a little sore after she did it.

Counting calories and keeping it journaled on my notepad application on Yahoo. I have been feeling the hunger pangs but that is OK. I have been eating enough and nutritious food for my body but that just shows me I have been eating too much. So I have welcomed the pangs and know I am on my way.

Ok, OK.....I have gained 10 lbs since my illness! I did fantastic throught the holidays maintaining my weight but got sick and at the MD Jan. 3rd and was sick for 3 1/2 weeks.

I maintained 195 throughout the holidays, but today I weigh 205. I have been trying to get back on track since getting over my illness and it has been slow going. Fatigue haunted me for another 2 weeks but I really feel like I am 100% again.

Back on the Calorie Count Expressway this am. It is what got me where I am and it is tried and true science.......less calories in......lose weight! I am going to start exercising consistently today. I have 2 wonderful DVD's I got for my birthday, walking, clogging, and I think me and Jordan are going to try a new fitness class that is offered for free at Church called Zumba.

The one thing that I have talked and talked about that I haven't done thus far is strength building or weight lifting. I know this will help me tremendously and I just have to START!! Jimmy has all his equipment set up nicely in the basement and I have no excuse!
